How to Use the Hydro7

The Hydro7 works by creating a seal to enclose the flaccid penis. Pushing the pump down against the body compresses the bellows and ejects water through the open valve. When released, the bellows expand, closing the valve and creating a partial vacuum inside the pump. Suction from the vacuum causes the penis to fill with blood and expand, creating an erection. Re-pumping increases the vacuum and further increases the size of the erection.

You control the intensity of the vacuum by opening the valve and allowing air or water back into the body of the pump, thereby partially or fully releasing the vacuum.
